The client, a mother who was in Canada with her child on a visitor record, applied to the newly opened early childhood education program at Vancouver Community College. She received the letter of acceptance and then the first-stage visa approval.
The Korean write-up says we guided the reference letters, volunteer hours and the rest of the supporting documents, and that the letter of acceptance was issued as soon as the application was filed.
The write-up records that the client had been concerned about the visa because of her age and a break in her career history. It describes VCC as a two-year public college with practical, industry-linked programs, transfer pathways to four-year universities, a graduate employment rate above 90 percent, and the lowest tuition among BC public institutions, and notes that students may work 20 hours per week during studies and that a spouse and children may accompany.
